Your Kickboxing Class Structure
Dynamic Warm-Up (5-10 minutes)
Start with stretches and light cardio to prepare your body for the session’s demands, focusing on mobility and injury prevention.
Partner Drills & Technique Work (35-40 minutes)
Participants are paired up by the coach for targeted practice on offense and defense, rotating through different partners to face varied styles and techniques.
HIIT & Cool Down (10-15 minutes)
Integrate high-intensity interval training for cardiovascular fitness, followed by light sparring to apply new skills, core strengthening, and cooldown.
